About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our healthcare team in the West region. This temporary position will assist the HR Manager and Team Lead with policy implementation, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing and implementing HR policies, plans, processes and programmes.
- Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver value‑adding HR services.
- Administer onboarding and off‑boarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and leavers.
- Maintain HR systems accurately according to agreed procedures and standards.
- Deliver HR activities in line with service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the HR Group Shared Services.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Some HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
