HR Business Partner

About the role

Jurong Port is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, support organisational change, and drive employee engagement across its multi‑purpose port operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with line managers to understand goals, recommend HR solutions, and enhance performance.
• Lead change initiatives, ensure effective communication, and foster a culture of continuous feedback.
• Address employee relations issues, manage conflicts, and promote employee satisfaction.
• Assess current and future talent needs, analyse workforce trends, and anticipate skill gaps.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, promote diversity, and build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits, Shared Services, and Talent Management teams on performance reviews, payroll, benefits, and development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Solid understanding of labour laws, regulations and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with hands‑on approach.
