HR Business Partner – Singapore

About the role

This position is based in Singapore at Satair, a leading aerospace parts supplier. The HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational support to meet current and future human‑resource needs, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, engagement, development, performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of People in implementing HR policies, services and programmes across the business.
• Communicate HR strategy and directives to inform, influence and engage employees.
• Collaborate with Centre of Excellence to improve HR policies, benefits and programmes, ensuring seamless execution.
• Provide local consultation to managers on policy interpretation, performance, talent development and employee relations.
• Identify and drive change‑management activities, supporting sustainability of change processes.
• Participate in talent reviews, succession planning and mobility initiatives.
• Deliver the HR annual cycle (performance calibration, salary review, etc.) for the partner business sector.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour regulations and address employee concerns to foster a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
