About the role
This 3‑month temporary position supports the daily HR and recruitment functions of a fast‑moving organisation. You will work on‑site during regular office hours, providing essential coordination and administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily HR and recruitment operations.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and process employment‑related documents while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
- Maintain HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Handle employee and candidate enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Required profile
- Minimum A Level or Diploma in any discipline.
- Ability to start work on short notice.
