HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will lead the end‑to‑end human resources function for a manufacturing site in Singapore. You will partner with site leadership to ensure smooth payroll operations, statutory compliance and strong employee engagement in a production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle monthly payroll for all site employees, including overtime, shift allowances, bonuses and statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, IR8A/IR21).
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and administer benefits, insurance and leave.
• Coordinate work pass applications (WP, S Pass, EP) in line with MOM guidelines.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Organise employee engagement activities and site communications.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and internal audit standards.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, analyse metrics for manpower planning and cost control.
• Support HR digitalisation projects, process improvements and regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with hands‑on payroll processing in Singapore.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, IRAS and MOM requirements.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, payroll reconciliation).
• HRIS systems – preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
