HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support the Group Chief Executive Officer and Directors in managing all human resources functions for Jasa Investigation & Security Services. This role involves overseeing recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and administrative HR tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, selection, and participation in job fairs.
• Update and develop human resource policies and procedures.
• Post job advertisements on portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Manage training and development initiatives.
• Oversee employee remuneration and benefits.
• Address employee issues and maintain employee relations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate other administrative functions of the company.
• Maintain HR database and record keeping.
• Handle portals such as MOM, PLRD, NS CLAIM, etc.
• Prepare employment records related to hiring, promotion, and transfer.
• Schedule meetings, write minutes, and organize proper filing.
• Answer phone calls and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Report directly to the Group CEO and Directors.
• Ability to manage a comprehensive range of HR activities.
