About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in Lorong Chuan. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing and recruitment activities for a fast‑moving FMCG multinational.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle full‑cycle recruitment and selection, from job posting to onboarding.
- Support performance management processes and liaise with hiring managers on talent matters.
- Administer day‑to‑day HR administration, including offer letters, contracts, and documentation.
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and government‑paid leave claims.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in payroll processing.
- Proven experience in recruitment and general HR operations.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary up to SGD 4,500.
