• Stay updated on industry trends and job market developments to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Work with team members to develop recruitment strategies and enhance communication skills.

Required profile

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or business development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Team player with effective people management skills.
• Resilient, target‑driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and eagerness for self‑learning and career growth.
