HR & Finance Executive (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented HR & Finance Executive to support both human resources and finance functions across our islandwide operations. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and the chance to gain hands‑on experience in work‑pass administration, employee claims, and basic finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of employee work passes (applications, renewals, cancellations) via the MOM portal.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding, including preparation of employment contracts.
• Administer employee leave, attendance, and HR information systems.
• Assist payroll preparation by ensuring complete and accurate employee data.
• Process employee claims and reimbursements, verifying compliance with company policies.
• Support accounts payable tasks such as invoice verification and processing.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Coordinate filing and record‑keeping for HR and finance documents.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad‑hoc assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant HR or finance experience (candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
