HR & General Affairs Assistant – On-site

About the role

The HR & General Affairs Assistant provides essential administrative support for both Human Resources and General Affairs functions across our two office locations in Singapore. Reporting to the HR Head of Department, you will help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, effective employee onboarding, and well‑maintained office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with general affairs for both office sites, including visitor reception, courier handling and meeting‑room upkeep.
• Maintain employee contact lists, telephone directory and organization chart.
• Process expense claims, corporate credit‑card documentation and HR/GA invoices through the EP Portal and GLOB+ system.
• Manage office stationery, pantry supplies and uniform inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement, and payment requests for GA‑related purchases.
• Support employee airport pass applications, renewals and cancellations, maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with service providers for office maintenance, alarm systems, furniture and equipment.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
• Good communication skills for interacting with visitors, vendors and internal teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EP Portal and GLOB+ system for invoice processing.
