HR Generalist – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join a well‑established automotive and mobility organisation in Singapore as an HR Generalist on a 1‑year contract. You will support both blue‑collar and white‑collar staff throughout the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding and ongoing employee lifecycle processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and policy guidance.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal requirements.
• Handle employee‑relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary cases.
• Drive engagement initiatives and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.
• Partner with managers on performance reviews, talent development and related decisions.
• Prepare HR reports, manage invoices and support HR transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or business‑partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Proven experience managing employee‑relations and performance‑management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with the Workday HRIS platform.
