HR Generalist (West Location) - Singapore

About the role

An established organisation is strengthening its HR function with an experienced HR Generalist. The role builds strong partnerships with stakeholders so that HR operations and people initiatives are delivered in line with organisational policies and business priorities. It offers hands-on exposure across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, engagement and HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
• Manage recruitment: headcount tracking, candidate sourcing and interviews, compensation proposals, onboarding and offboarding
• Develop recruitment pipelines through partnerships, outreach programmes and talent acquisition initiatives
• Manage employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary cases and performance-related issues
• Advise employees and stakeholders on HR policies, processes and practices while supporting engagement and performance
• Support performance management, employee engagement activities and HR systems testing
• Identify ways to improve HR processes and take part in HR projects, surveys and other people initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• 2 years of HR generalist or operations experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous
