HR Intern (Talent & Culture)

About the role

As an HR Intern at Decathlon Singapore, you will help make sport accessible to everyone by supporting teammates throughout their journey. You will work across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and General HR Operations, so that retail and support teams can perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Learning & Development: maintain and update training records across platforms, and work with Team Leaders to track and guide teammates through their training paths.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: assist with recruitment administration such as candidate uploads, job postings and interview coordination, help organise recruitment events in Decathlon stores, support university activation and career fairs, and help run employer branding campaigns, internal communications and promotional merchandise.
• General HR & Office Operations: manage onboarding logistics such as access cards and welcome packs, handle procurement by creating HR purchase orders for third-party vendors, and oversee office administration including pantry stock and equipment servicing.
• Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: plan and organise wellness initiatives such as health screenings and mental and financial health workshops with external partners for Retail and Support teams.

Required profile

• Undergraduate students studying in Singapore from all faculties are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about sports and aligned with Decathlon's core values (Vitality, Responsibility, Generosity, Authenticity).
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle administrative tasks alongside strategic HR work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with retail store leaders and external partners.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data tools.
