HR Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources, administration, procurement and IT functions for our Singapore office. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, overseeing recruitment, employee relations and ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs, advertise positions, shortlist candidates and conduct interviews.
• Perform reference checks and verify employment information.
• Manage all administrative and operational HR duties, including general affairs services.
• Oversee HR initiatives, systems, policies, job analysis, appraisal, compensation, training and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and related legislation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and assist in preparing the Employee Handbook.
• Supervise office administration, procurement and IT support functions.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a middle‑management capacity.
• Strong organisational and follow‑up abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with all levels of staff.
