HR Manager – Talent, Performance & Culture

About the role

Our client, a leading Asian‑headquartered financial institution, is seeking an HR Manager to drive its talent, performance and culture agenda across both front‑ and back‑office functions. Reporting to the Head of People, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure a consistent, high‑quality HR experience as the business continues to expand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad HR portfolio with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Design and administer performance review cycles and talent development plans in partnership with managers.
• Handle core HR operations from onboarding through off‑boarding, maintaining strong governance and employee experience.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to managers and staff on a variety of people matters.
• Support and drive HR initiatives and process improvements as the organisation grows.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified HR professional with generalist experience, preferably within banking, asset management or a similar financial institution.
• Hands‑on exposure to talent and performance processes, employee lifecycle management and HR operations, including payroll oversight.
• Collaborative, organised and pragmatic, able to thrive in a lean, fast‑moving environment and engage stakeholders across functions.
• Strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to balance operational delivery with broader people priorities.
