HR Officer – West (BG)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to support our West (BG) operations in Singapore. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing time‑keeping systems, and delivering timely HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the leave and Time Management System (TMS) to ensure accurate attendance data.
• Prepare and manage shift rosters, updating schedules in the TMS.
• Verify overtime and attendance records against TMS data.
• Process employee claims, including medical and transport reimbursements.
• Generate daily and monthly HR reports for management review.
• Maintain employee locker records, HR notice boards, and personal files.
• Prepare and distribute various notices such as welcome, birthday, and condolence messages, and coordinate related gifts and payments.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Senior HR Officer.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience in HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Leave and Time Management System (TMS) operation.
