About the role
The company is seeking an HR Recruitment Executive to manage end‑to‑end hiring activities for its Jurong East location. You will support the HR and Operations teams by building talent pipelines and ensuring smooth onboarding of new staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Develop and maintain an effective candidate pipeline.
- Identify and utilise sourcing channels such as job portals, staff referrals, social media and recruitment vendors.
- Post vacancies on multiple platforms and support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate recruitment events.
- Maintain manpower/headcount reports and recruitment status updates.
- Handle new‑staff onboarding tasks including staff passes, access cards and uniforms.
- Perform ad‑hoc recruitment administration and support HR & Operations projects.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE O‑Level qualification.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant recruitment experience.
