About the role
This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to human resources and talent acquisition. You will work in a friendly environment, receive mentorship, and gain practical experience in recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings.
- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
- Perform general administrative duties supporting the HR team.
- Assist with ad‑hoc HR projects as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma, or Degree qualification in any discipline.
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

- Monthly stipend of SGD 1,700‑2,000.
- Temporary (fixed‑term) contract.
- Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm onsite work schedule.
