About the role

Join Recruit Express as an HR Recruitment Intern and gain hands‑on experience in talent acquisition. You will work in a dynamic office environment in Orchard, Singapore, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle while receiving one‑on‑one mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Ensure a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Enthusiasm to learn recruitment best practices.
• Self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office).
