HR Specialist (1‑Year Contract, Part‑Time)

About the role

The HR Specialist will provide administrative and operational support to the HR team on a part‑time, one‑year contract. The role involves handling day‑to‑day HR processes and assisting with a major HR system implementation project.

Key responsibilities

• Administer appraisal, headcount, leave, benefits, HR events and payment processing.
• Support the One RO HR System Project by preparing, cleansing and migrating HR data.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing and assist with go‑live activities.
• Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs and user guides.
• Provide first‑level system support and deliver user training during implementation.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and testing sessions, tracking progress and ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Experience with HR data preparation, migration and system testing.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and workshops.

• Competitive salary of SGD 3,200 – 3,500 per month.
