HR Specialist

About the role

An established global organisation headquartered in Singapore is looking for a hands-on HR professional through its consultant, Kerry Consulting. The role supports HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, contributes to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee experience, and sits in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations, focusing on recruitment coordination, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration
• Work with HR stakeholders and business teams to deliver HR processes, employee documentation and day-to-day advisory support accurately and on time, in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support performance management, learning and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to HR systems implementation, process improvements and broader HR projects

Required profile

• Experienced HR operations professional with a sound understanding of Singapore employment regulations and employee lifecycle processes
• Ideally gained in the energy or financial services sector, or a structured multinational environment
• Strong administrative rigour, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an interest in using HR technology and process improvements to enhance service delivery

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
