HR Transformation Consultant – HCM Implementation

About the role

This role supports the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and HCM implementation initiatives in Singapore. It involves gathering requirements, mapping processes, preparing project deliverables and supporting implementation with UAT, within a project team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders and document business requirements.
• Develop as-is and to-be HR process maps, identify gaps and carry out fit-gap and contract solution gap analysis.
• Prepare deliverables such as BRDs, process documentation, fit-gap assessments and UAT scenarios/scripts.
• Translate HR requirements into implementable solutions with business, HR and technology teams.
• Support UAT, issue resolution and implementation activities.
• Apply knowledge of Singapore HR operations and shared services, including employee lifecycle, payroll, claims, work passes and Employment Act requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to agentic HR / AI-enabled HR solution design or development.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related studies.
• Approximately 5-10 years of HR transformation, HR technology or HCM implementation experience.
• At least two hands-on HR transformation or HCM implementation projects delivered.
• Personal experience producing requirements, process maps, fit-gap analyses, BRDs and UAT scripts.
• Experience working with business, HR and technology stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Preferred: consulting or system integrator background, exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, business operating model design, and requirements gathering and contract solution gap analysis.

Shortlisted candidates are offered a 1-year agency contract.
