HSE (Operations) Administrator

About the role

Toll Group, a logistics, transport and supply chain business part of Japan Post, is looking for an HSE (Operations) Administrator. The role supports the organisation's health, safety and environmental compliance through record keeping, reporting and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of HSE safe practices and general administration, prioritising HSE requirements as mandatory compliance.
• Compile statistics on safety performance, incidents and data reports, and keep them updated.
• Administer and file records for team members' certifications and training, contractors' or inspection permits, and ISO or HSE-related documents, including updates and matrices.
• Help develop and process safety-related training.
• Help prepare and process tender and statutory documents for review and submission.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Be ready to take on secondary roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• Must be entitled to work in Singapore and able to undergo pre-employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical.
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in a similar setting is an added advantage.
• Punctual attendance and willingness to work irregular hours are an added advantage.
• Ability to manage work priorities, meet deadlines and stay efficient.

Required skills

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH (Level B) preferred.
• Sound knowledge of WSH/HSE legislation and regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
