Human Capital Manager (HR Business Partner) – Data Centre

About the role

Our client in the Data Centre industry is looking for an experienced Human Capital Manager to act as the HR Business Partner for the Singapore office. You will support roughly 50 employees across the full employee lifecycle, balancing strategic partnership with hands‑on HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support as the primary Business Partner to senior leaders.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Advise on employee relations, HR policies, Singapore employment legislation and best practices.
• Lead annual performance and salary review processes and administer compensation & benefits programmes.
• Support recruitment activities, ensure compliance with local legislation and analyse HR metrics for business decisions.
• Collaborate on organisational development, change management projects and regional/global HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner or Generalist experience, preferably in a Data Centre/Cloud environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive and able to work independently.
