Human Resource Admin Executive

About the role

The Human Resource Admin Executive will support the HR team in day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes for new hires and departing staff.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, letters, and documents as needed.
• Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and staff databases.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors on HR‑related matters when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
