Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Maneuver Marketing, a high-growth DTC health and wellness brand, is hiring an HR Business Partner in Singapore to support its growing teams. Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will partner with departments in a matrix environment (Creative, Growth, Tech and Ops) and turn business goals into people outcomes. The role runs performance cadences, pay decisions and manager development, and automates HR operations with modern tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Keep job descriptions, competency frameworks, pay bands and job levels current, and coach managers on feedback, bias checks and PDPs/PIPs
• Run performance reviews, calibrations and 30/60/90-day development plans, and prepare compensation approval packs with compa-ratio and parity checks
• Run quarterly engagement pulses, translate insights into recommendations, and support onboarding, offboarding and internal moves
• Translate OKRs and business plans into people actions, track SLAs, CSAT and lead times, and build stakeholder maps
• Run joiner-mover-leaver processes, maintain compliance calendars and audit-readiness, and build HRIS knowledge bases and dashboards
• Map roles to learning paths, design content and coaching guides, and report time-to-proficiency and L&D ROI

Required profile

• 5-8 years of HR experience as an HRBP working with manager-level stakeholders in fast-paced, remote-first teams
• Ideally a mix of consultancy and in-house background; D2C or performance marketing experience is an advantage
• Proven end-to-end ownership of people processes in a matrix environment
• Strong organisation and time management, with excellent knowledge of Gantt charts and SaaS tools highly preferred
