About the role
The Human Resource Executive will work island‑wide in Singapore, supporting multiple departments with a full range of HR services. This role requires close collaboration with the HR team and line managers to ensure effective performance management, employee relations and payroll administration.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and related departments to deliver a full spectrum of HR services to assigned departments.
- Provide guidance to line managers on performance management, resolve employee‑relations issues, address grievances and handle payroll matters.
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute inputs to business and operational plans.
- Manage processes such as performance appraisals, mass salary reviews, bonus exercises, recognition awards and budgeting.
- Monitor and report on manpower and succession planning, analyse trends and propose effective HR solutions.
Required profile
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
