Analyst I – Directed Content (Bilingual)

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a bilingual Analyst I to join its Directed Content team within the Expert Insights group. You will source and onboard high‑quality experts for market‑intelligence projects, ensuring the Expert Transcript Library delivers comprehensive coverage for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify best‑fit experts for assigned projects, collaborating with Project Managers to refine scope.
• Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach, evaluate expert backgrounds, and coordinate onboarding calls.
• Document expert experience clearly for quick evaluation by Client Contributors.
• Address expert questions, negotiate rates, and maximize onboarding rates while controlling costs.
• Support scheduling of expert‑client calls and monitor technical connectivity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a similar outreach‑focused role.
• Inquisitive mindset with ability to spot patterns and identify top experts for specific research topics.
• Energetic and organized, capable of handling fast‑turnaround projects and multiple deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging senior executives in Mandarin.
• Goal‑oriented, motivated to deliver high‑quality expert profiles efficiently.
