Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Head of HR and take full ownership of HR service delivery for designated departments across the region. The role combines regional HR responsibilities with active participation in global HR projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Regional HR Business Partner, delivering talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, off‑boarding and HR policy administration.
• Serve as Employee Relations Liaison, fostering an inclusive culture, handling conflicts, grievances and ensuring compliance with the organisation’s Code of Conduct.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, generate reports and dashboards, and support data‑privacy requirements.
• Lead designated HR functions (learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment, policy management) in collaboration with global HR teams.
• Represent the region in global HR projects, planning and optimizing service delivery across recruitment, L&D, performance, compensation and other HR areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a recognised HR qualification.
• 6‑8 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, covering HR process delivery, data quality, analytics, reporting and audits.
• Strong knowledge of local employment law and government compliance.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations issues, provide data‑driven insights and build external HR partnerships.
