Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will report to the CHRO and provide strategic leadership across all HR functions. This senior role is responsible for shaping people strategies that enable business growth, transformation and high performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Foster a values‑driven, high‑performance culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee all core HR areas including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations and HRIS.
• Lead talent and succession planning, leadership development and career‑path initiatives.
• Drive HR transformation, digitalization, process improvement and people analytics.
• Design and implement competitive rewards programs while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Manage workforce budgeting, cost optimisation and HR governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven track record leading multiple HR disciplines in regional or international environments.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, HR governance and employment legislation.
