Human Resources Manager

About the role

Raffles Girls’ School is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives that support staff growth and student success. You will partner with senior leaders to shape a high‑performing, engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manpower planning to align talent with strategic goals.
• End‑to‑end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding.
• Talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline building.
• Employee relations initiatives that promote well‑being and a positive work environment.
• Oversee compensation, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Guide performance management and employee development processes.
• Identify training needs and deliver targeted learning & development programmes.
• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies in line with MOE frameworks and legal requirements.
• Analyse HR data and produce reports for evidence‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or business‑partnering role.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven HR insight capability.
• Current knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using HR analytics tools.
