Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with senior leadership and align HR initiatives with business objectives. The role will drive workforce planning, organizational design and foster an inclusive culture across Singapore and other regional locations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
• Provide expertise in organisational design, workforce planning and change‑management projects.
• Act as trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law and employee relations, handling grievances and conflict resolution.
• Oversee performance management, goal setting and development planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, engagement, performance cycles and off‑boarding.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing through external vendors and compliance with Singapore labour regulations.
• Handle work‑visa applications, statutory reporting and maintain internal and external audit documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore and APAC employment law.
• Ability to thrive in a cross‑cultural, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
