ICT Support Personnel

About the role

We are seeking an ICT Support Personnel to deliver daily technical support for school ICT and AV infrastructure across Singapore. The role involves setting up equipment before assemblies, supporting digital assessments, managing device logistics and producing multimedia content for school events.

Key responsibilities

• Power on, set up and configure ICT and AV infrastructure for morning assemblies and school events.
• Troubleshoot projector displays, audio feeds, internet connectivity and hardware issues.
• Configure, test and deploy laptops, iPads, chargers and headphones for national and school digital assessments.
• Manage student‑shared assets, charge devices, track bookings and perform routine stocktaking.
• Capture high‑quality photos and video footage during major school events and create highlight compilations.
• Coordinate with ICT Key Personnel to evaluate, test and recommend emerging digital transformation applications.

Required profile

• Minimum of a recognized IT‑related Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience producing multimedia projects and managing basic audio‑visual configurations.
• Strong organisational aptitude with proven ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a positive, innovation‑driven attitude.
• Willingness to declare any potential conflicts of interest and pass standard public‑sector vetting checks.
