ICT Trainer – Digital Skills Educator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate ICT Trainer to deliver digital literacy and multimedia training to primary school students (Pri 1-6) and staff. The role involves creating engaging learning experiences and supporting school ICT initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct computer training on multimedia applications for students.
• Develop and review training resources in collaboration with the HOD ICT.
• Teach digital literacy, safe online tool usage, and basic coding (Scratch, Arduino, Swift Playground).
• Support ICT-related training for staff, InfoComm Club, and student leaders.
• Manage inventory of AV/IT equipment and provide technical support for school events, PA systems, and virtual meetings (Teams, Zoom).
• Handle photography, videography, and editing for school functions.
• Maintain and archive the school’s media collection and website.
• Provide technical assistance in computer labs and small‑group sessions, and assess the effectiveness of ICT programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching computer use in a school setting.
• Preferably experience with primary school students.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Highly motivated, strong project‑management abilities, and a good team player.
