Implementation Manager APAC

About the role

Worldpay is looking for an Implementation Manager to join its Customer Experience team in Singapore. This is a customer-facing role where you support customers in integrating with the Worldpay suite of payment services, acting as a go-to expert alongside the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers and their technical teams in integrating with the product suite, designing and setting up accounts, giving technical guidance and helping troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Define the finalised scope and manage projects through completion and post-live monitoring, keeping stakeholders updated via regular meetings and flagging risks early
• Work on a high number of projects at once using strong project management skills
• Plan and deliver customer demos and training on product functionality
• Keep customers aware of technical trends in payment processing, security, web/browser technologies and mobile technologies
• Perform other related duties as needed

Required profile

• 5 years or more of experience, with a proven background in managing projects and delivering customer technical integrations
• Confidence managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, curiosity about customer requirements and familiarity with funneling techniques
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
