In-House Recruiter – Frontline Staff

About the role

Fuku is looking for an In-House Recruitment Specialist to recruit cleaners, security officers and other frontline staff across the Group. It is an active, people-focused role with regular visits to project sites and community locations, involving recruitment, candidate engagement and employee retention.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates through outreach at project sites such as coffee shops and shopping malls, and recruiting frontline employees to meet the Group's manpower needs.
• Explaining job opportunities, salaries, working hours and benefits clearly, and building and maintaining a candidate database.
• Identifying part-time employees interested in full-time roles and coordinating their conversion with HR and Operations.
• Visiting project sites to understand employees' concerns about leaving, exploring site transfers or alternative roles, and working with Operations to improve staff retention.
• Working with HR and Operations on manpower shortages and hiring priorities, and coordinating referrals, interviews, onboarding, site transfers and deployment.
• Maintaining records of sourcing, hires, conversions, resignations and transfers, reporting regularly to the Head of Operations and Site Managers.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent.
• Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, manpower coordination, cleaning or security services is an advantage; training is provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, resourceful, comfortable approaching candidates in person, and willing to travel frequently between project sites.
