In-House Recruitment Specialist (Ground Staff) – With Incentives

About the role

Fuku is looking for an in-house Recruitment Specialist to build and support its ground workforce. This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting people and solving manpower challenges, spending most of the time out in the field rather than behind a desk.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates in person at project sites and nearby areas, including coffee shops and shopping malls, and recruit cleaners, security officers and other ground staff.
• Engage candidates, explaining job vacancies, salary, working hours and employment benefits.
• Identify part-time staff interested in moving to full-time roles and work with HR and Operations to complete the conversion.
• Visit project sites to talk to staff planning to resign, explore alternatives such as site transfers, and work with Operations to improve retention and build a staff database.
• Coordinate referrals, interviews, site transfers and deployment, and follow up each case to ensure timely placement.
• Keep records of candidates sourced, recruits, conversions, resignations and transfers, and update the Head of Operations and Site Managers regularly.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Experience in recruitment, manpower coordination or the cleaning and security industries is an advantage, but training is provided.
• Willingness to travel frequently between project sites.
