Inbound Sales Executive – Advisor Recruitment

About the role

Authentic Advisory Systems is seeking an Inbound Sales Executive to drive new business revenue by engaging financial advisors across Singapore and Asia. You will generate conversations, qualify prospects, and enroll them into our proven training programs, acting as the sales engine behind our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate daily outreach to financial advisors through calls, messages, and virtual meetings.
• Deliver insightful conversations that uncover advisors' needs and present our training solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into enrolled participants for our coaching programs.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline updates in the company’s CRM.
• Participate in daily huddles to align on targets, share feedback, and refine sales tactics.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably with experience selling to financial advisors.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Strong desire for long‑term career growth in a sales‑focused environment.
