About the role
We are looking for a self‑motivated Indoor Sales Executive to generate revenue through high‑volume outbound calls and targeted emails. You will build strong customer relationships, meet individual sales targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and send targeted emails daily to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs, present suitable products or solutions, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat revenue.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Address customer questions and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Work independently to plan daily outreach activities and seek new sales opportunities.
- Suggest improvements to sales scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to resolve issues and provide market feedback.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer‑facing role. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Experience selling IT products, services, or B2B solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
