Information Technology System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology System Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our Windows desktop environment, Microsoft 365 services, and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end‑user support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office applications, printers and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and minimise downtime across servers and endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Manage network components such as firewalls, VPN connectivity and remote‑access solutions for office and operational sites.
• Maintain Active Directory – user provisioning, access management and group‑policy administration.
• Implement cybersecurity controls like MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and Data Loss Prevention.
• Perform routine system administration tasks – patch management, backup, recovery and regular maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365 migration, deployment and tenant administration projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory and networking.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
