Infra Project Analyst (RFP) - Infra Portfolio

About the role

The Infra Project Analyst will ensure infrastructure projects are well‑planned, on‑track and delivered within budget, scope and timeline. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, coordinating with vendors and business users, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower and procurement resources for server and service‑related projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks and communications.
• Lead change‑control procedures, assess impact on budget and schedule, and obtain approvals from steering committees.
• Drive project scheduling, monitor critical paths, and manage any slippage to meet deadlines.
• Implement quality assurance and testing frameworks, including requirement traceability and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, mitigate and report project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects from RFP to award.
• Proven experience in government or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical abilities, data‑crunching skills and budgeting experience.
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently under pressure.
