Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Inside Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling inbound inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment. This full‑time position is based in Redhill, Singapore and offers a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and record messages when sales staff are unavailable.
• Assist with sales activities including inquiries, order processing, pricing, product availability, and warranty tracking.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations and update delivery schedules.
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, samples, and shipments.
• Receive and inspect stock upon arrival.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and technical teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, events and product launches.
• Maintain accurate documentation, filing and tracking systems.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’, ‘A’ or Diploma qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or administration, preferably in the IT or technology sector (candidates without experience are also welcome; training will be provided).
