Inside Sales Specialist (B2B Services & Solutions)

About the role

Timeo-Performance, a performance-skills provider for the Asia-Pacific region with offices in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist in Singapore. The role focuses on promoting training solutions to potential client organisations and to a specific vertical market, and involves securing new business opportunities and building relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote training solutions to potential client organisations and to a vertical market.
• Achieve KPIs and revenue goals through phone sales, lead follow-up and account/business initiatives.
• Identify contacts and open doors to drive new sales within organisations.
• Identify and close new business opportunities with existing clients and generate new leads.

Required profile

• Diploma level and above.
• Track record selling customised events or technology and solutions in a B2B environment (minimum of 2 years).
• Experience selling trainings or other talent management products is a plus.
• Ability to build strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Commercial understanding and the ability to drive conversations with senior-level executives.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial skills, high energy and motivation, and a winning, pragmatic attitude.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
