Integrated Marketing Manager – Australia

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Manager will lead Plaud’s go‑to‑market strategy for Australia while being based in Singapore. You will shape the brand’s presence in the professional sector, drive multi‑channel campaigns and collaborate with regional leadership to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Australia GTM strategy by developing and executing a localized integrated marketing playbook.
• Plan, launch and analyse 360‑degree campaigns across PR, digital, social and offline channels, ensuring brand recall, engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Build relationships with trade associations, media and industry stakeholders, aligning spend with outcomes and reporting efficiency against KPIs.
• Continuously benchmark Plaud’s brand position, identify gaps through data‑driven analysis and optimise tactics to achieve best‑in‑class performance.

Required profile

• Proven brand‑building experience in professional/B2B sectors in Australia, with an established network of industry bodies.
• Hands‑on end‑to‑end campaign execution experience, including full budget ownership and post‑campaign reporting.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian media landscape and business culture, enabling independent, data‑driven spend decisions.
• Experience marketing hardware or AI‑powered products in APAC, preferably for a China‑headquartered brand.
