Intelligence Analyst I – Global Security Operations Center

About the role

Join Crisis24’s 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in Singapore as an Intelligence Analyst I. You will support a major professional services client by monitoring threats, providing timely intelligence, and contributing to incident and crisis management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and assess intelligence and incident alerts for impact on travelers, assets, and operations.
• Leverage open‑source intelligence (OSINT) techniques and intelligence platforms to identify emerging threats.
• Produce concise written and oral assessments for client stakeholders.
• Triage client requests, prioritize work, and ensure delivery within tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with GSOC team members across shifts to maintain continuous coverage.

Required profile

• Strong research and professional writing abilities.
• Interest or experience in global security, geopolitics, intelligence, or investigations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Comfort with 12‑hour shift rotations, including occasional overnight and holiday work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in open‑source intelligence gathering methods.
• Experience using intelligence analysis platforms (specific tools not listed).
