Interior Designer – Commercial Office (Design & Build)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to lead commercial office projects from concept through to execution. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create inspiring, functional workspaces that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate workspace projects from concept development, space planning, to design execution.
• Develop creative design proposals, mood boards, presentation materials, and 3D visualisations for client presentations.
• Present design concepts confidently to clients and support the sales team in pitching and deal closure.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Prepare design drawings, material selections, and project documentation submissions.
• Conduct site visits, attend project meetings, and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Provide professional design advice and excellent client service while building long‑term relationships.
• Stay updated with current workplace design trends, materials, and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in corporate office or commercial interiors.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficient in English with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Independent, self‑motivated, resourceful, meticulous, and good at time management.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑management abilities.
