Interior Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Manager to lead daily site operations for interior fit‑out and renovation projects in Singapore. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive projects to timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations for interior fit‑out and renovation works.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth project execution.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor workmanship quality, safety compliance, and site progress.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and liaise with project managers, consultants, designers, clients, and authorities.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Manage manpower planning, material delivery, and work scheduling.
• Maintain housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Attend site, toolbox, and coordination meetings as required.
• Support testing, inspections, rectification works, and project handover activities.

Required profile

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising interior fit‑out, renovation, or construction sites.
• Experience with commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, or office interior projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, construction details, and site coordination processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety regulations and site management practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical details.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel between project sites when required.
