About the role
ING Wholesale Bank in Asia Pacific offers internship opportunities across its departments and locations, and this vacancy focuses on the Product Control team in Singapore. Product Control ensures that the balance sheet and profit and loss of the Financial Markets' trading and banking books are measured, controlled and reported in line with accounting and reporting standards. The internship is a six-month full-time position starting in January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Daily P&L reporting and analysis
- Work on ad hoc ongoing projects related to product control management
- Assist the team lead with specific valuation and P&L analysis as and when required
- Gain exposure to the policies and procedures governing the desk, which are based on regulations, the bank's risk management philosophy and the current economic climate
Required profile
- Major in Finance or Accounting
- A major or minor in Data Analytics is a plus
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good time management and adaptability
Required skills
- Sufficient knowledge of MS Excel and VBA
- Coding knowledge
