Intern, Quality Management Mobility Aftermarket East Asia

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an Intern, Quality Management Mobility Aftermarket East Asia to join its Quality Management division in Singapore. The intern supports the development of AI-driven solutions for warranty process enhancement, contributes to operational excellence through data analytics and reporting, and works within a collaborative team focused on innovation and real business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development and validation of AI image classification models to support warranty process digitalization and improve customer experience
• Work with internal quality management specialists and external development partners on AI model development, testing and deployment
• Analyze, report and optimize data workflows, dashboard performance and business intelligence metrics
• Ensure compliance with quality management standards and best practices across projects
• Support automation, documentation and process optimization, and assist with data collection and model performance evaluation
• Maintain documentation of project developments, test results and process improvements

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field
• Ability to commit to full-time work for a minimum of 6 months
• Excellent English communication and legal eligibility to work in Singapore
• Preferred: interest in Quality Management, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Azure or Computer Vision, KNIME or RPA tools, and cross-functional or international teamwork
