Intern - Regional Study Coordinator

About the role

Labcorp is seeking an Intern - Regional Study Coordinator in Singapore to support Regional Study Coordinators (RSCs) in managing clinical projects for the Asia region. The internship is full-time and onsite, lasting at least 20 weeks from January to June 2027, and is paid. You will work under the oversight of an RSC or mentor, acting as regional liaison between Labcorp Central Lab Services (CLS) Global Study Manager and the CLS departments involved in the clinical protocol.

Key responsibilities

• Review the study Statement of Work, which defines the scope of services CLS performs for a clinical protocol, and recommend changes to the Study Design Lead
• Support RSCs in day-to-day regional study activities, including logistics, lab tests, monitoring and study supplies
• Work in a matrix environment, completing assigned tasks and delegating others to the right functional groups
• Take part in functional meetings and learning forums, keeping processes up to date
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity, and uphold Labcorp's customer satisfaction goals

Required profile

• Current enrollment in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Biochemistry or a related Bachelor's degree program; final-year students graduating in July/August 2027 are preferred
• 3 months or more of experience using computer and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to organize data and documents, and to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and good organization and multitasking skills
